1. General Provisions
1.1. By placing an order with the Company "SOYUZ CellPlay" Ltd, Russia, 123298, Moscow, 3rd Khoroshevskaya st., 12 (the operator), I grant the operator my priority to the processing and use of my personal data according to art. 3 of the Federal Law "On Personal Data" of 27.07.2006. to the Operator in various ways, including through the implementation of the automated analysis of personal data, without time limits. This consent may be revoked only by written notice to the Operator not less than 180 days prior to the date of termination of the use of these operators.

1.2. "SOYUZ CellPlay" Ltd, the" Seller ", publishes a public offer for the sale of goods on the models shown on the official website of the Seller http://soyuz.shop/

1.3. In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (the Civil Code), this document is a public offer, and in case the conditions set forth below the individual conducting the acceptance of this offer, the Buyer shall pay for the Goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 438 of the Civil Code, payment of the goods by the Purchaser is an acceptance of the offer, which is tantamount to the conclusion of the Agreement on the terms set out in the offer.

1.4. Based on the above, please read the text of a public offer, and if you do not agree with any point of the offer, you are invited to withdraw from the purchase of the Goods or the use of services provided by the Seller.

1.5. In this offer, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms have the following meanings: • «Offer" - a public offering of the Seller, addressed to any individual (citizen), to make him a contract of sale (hereinafter - the "Agreement") under the existing conditions contained in the Agreement, including all of its applications. • «Buyer" - an individual who has entered into contract with the Seller on the terms contained in the Agreement. • «Acceptance" - complete and unconditional acceptance of the Agreement by the Buyer. • «Goods" - a list of product names submitted on the official website. • «Order" - the assortment list of the goods chosen by the buyer on the website • «Delivery" - courier services for delivery of the order.

1.6.The finalized order cannot be considered as a remote sale of goods. Buyer shall order products from the catalog, and the Seller will search, find and delivery the ordered products for sale to the Buyer.

1.7. The order has individually defined properties and is valueable only to the Buyer.

 

2. Subject of a contract
 

2.1. The seller sells goods in accordance with the current price list published on the website of the Merchant «http://soyuz.shop», and the buyer pays and receives the Goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2.2. This Agreement and its annexes are official documents of the Seller and an integral part of the offer.

2.3. The contract is automatically signed and accepted in all its terms and conditions by the Buyer, if he makes the payment.

2.4. The contract amount per order can not exceed $ 50,000 (USD).
 

3. Making Order
 
3.1. Ordering of goods is made by the Buyer through the web site http://soyuz.shop

3.2. When registering on the website of the Seller, the Buyer shall provide the following registration information :: • surname, first name, • the actual delivery address; • e-mail address; • contact telephone number (mobile, stationary).

3.3. When ordering through the Operator, Buyer shall provide the information specified in paragraph 3.2. this Agreement. The adoption by the Purchaser of this Agreement by the Buyer is carried out by making the relevant data in the registration form on the website or when ordering through the Operator. The buyer has the right to edit the registration information. The operator does not change or edit the registration information about the Purchaser without the consent of the latter. Seller agrees not to disclose the data of Buyer, registered on the site http://soyuz.shop to persons not related to the execution of the Order. Having approved the order, the buyer provides the operator the necessary information in accordance with the procedure described in Section 3.2. this Agreement.

3.4. The Seller and the Operator is not responsible for the content or accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer.
 

3.5. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when ordering.

3.6. The payment of the Buyer constitutes acceptance of terms and conditions hereof. The day of payment order is the date of the contract of sale between the Seller and the Buyer.

3.7. All materials presented on the site http://soyuz.shop, are for reference only and can not fully convey accurate information about specific properties and characteristics of the goods. In the event of the Purchaser’s questions concerning the properties and characteristics of the goods, the Purchaser should seek the advice of the Operator before ordering.
4. Terms of the Order
4.1. the Seller shall execute the order within the time specified in the catalog, plus the time for delivery in accordance with the selected shipping method.

4.2. On agreement of the parties the period specified in paragraph 1 may be extended in the event of inability to fulfill orders on time.

4.3. the Buyer shall receive the order within fifteen (15) days from the date of its execution. Date of receipt of the order may be extended by written agreement of the parties (including by fax or by e-mail). Upon expiration of receipt of the order, the Seller shall have the right to dispose of the order on its own, and a Buyer will be fined in the amount of the advance payment.
 

5. Payment Order
5.1. the Buyer prior to the receipt of an order shall pay the full cost of the order, and the amount of deposit offset against payment.

5.2. the release of the order is made only against full payment of the order.

5.3. the Buyer has the right to cancel his order, and the Seller returns the deposit payment and the cost of delivery to the Buyer, with the exception of the cost of the courier service, if any, were rendered.

5.4. If the Buyer makes an advance payment by courier service or orders the delivery of goods by courier, he is obliged to pay for the courier service at the same time with the  pre-payment in the agreed amount.

5.5. Payment of order can be effected by the Purchaser in cash to the delivery staff. Confirmation of payment of the order is the receipt.

5.6. Prices for all goods items listed on the website of «http://soyuz.shop», may be changed unilaterally by the Seller without notice to the Purchaser. In case of change of the price of the ordered items, the Operator shall promptly inform the Buyer of such change. The buyer has the right to confirm or cancel the order. If there is no connection with the Purchaser order is canceled within 14 calendar days from the date of registration.

5.7. The money assets can be collected in two ways: cash and non-cash.

5.8. Depending on the value of the order or purchase amount over a certain period, the buyer can be given a one-time (constant) discount. Terms of discounr are described on soyuz.shop
 

6. Delivery of goods
6.1. Delivery and courier services are rendered in full and proper form after the transfer of order to the Purchaser, at the time of signature of Annex 1 to the Contract number, certifying his receipt of the goods or at the time of sending the order by mail or EMS. Courier expects the Buyer at the specified time for 15 minutes.

 6.2. In case of failure of the order, or delay in its implementation, the Seller agrees to fully refund the deposit payment to the Buyer.

6.3. If the buyer has chosen delivery method "mail" or «EMS» and by the fault of the Purchaser, the goods returned to the Seller, the Buyer shall pay the re-delivery service. The Seller resends the order only after the receipt of funds on the account, or the cashier of the Seller. The Seller is released from liability for failure to comply with terms of the order.
 

7. Return Policy
 

7.1. In accordance with paragraph 4. Art. 26.1. Law of the Russian Federation № 2300-I «On Protection of Consumer Rights", the Buyer has the right to refuse the goods ordered at any time before the execution of the Order.
 

7.2. Buyer shall not be entitled to refuse the paid order (or part thereof) of good quality, having certain individual properties.
 

7.3. In the case of delivery of the Order of inadequate quality, the Buyer agrees to provide goods to the Seller's office, located at the address: 123298, Moscow, 3rd Khoroshevskaya st., 12, as soon as possible to check the quality of goods.

7.4. In accordance with Art. 22 of the Federal Law № 2300-I «On Protection of Consumers' Rights», the amount paid by the Buyer for the goods of inadequate quality will be returned to the Buyer within 10 calendar days from the date of request. Refund is made in cash at the office of Seller. If the item has been paid for through EFT, the refund is effected to the electronic account of the Buyer within 5 working days.

7.5 The goods of good quality, non-refundable in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of 20.10.1998 N 1222 from 06.02.2002 N 81:

Products and materials in contact with food products, made of polymeric materials, including single-use (utensils and accessories dining rooms and kitchen, containers and packing materials for storage and transportation of food products)

Non-recurrent publications (books, brochures, albums, maps and sheet music, sheet-out editions, calendars, booklets, publications, reproduced in technical media information) (paragraph 14 introduced by the Government of the Russian Federation of 06.02.2002 N 81)

Articles of precious metals, precious stones and precious metals with inlays of semi-precious and synthetic stones, faceted gems.
 

7.6. Return of goods is made on the basis of a written application provided by the Buyer to the sales office of Seller.

 

7.7. Return of the goods of good quality is effected at the expense of the Buyer and organized by himself.
 

7.8. Return of Goods is made on weekdays from 11-00 to 18-00 in the sales office of Seller.


7.9. On return of the goods by the Purchaser, there is made a packing slip or the act of returning the goods, which shall include:

full name of the Seller;
surname, first name, middle name and passport details of the Buyer;
Product name;
reason for returning the goods;
date of transfer of the goods;
amount to be refunded;
Signature Seller and Buyer.
  
7.10. Refund of Goods is made not later than 10 (ten) days from the date of the relevant requirements of the Buyer.

7.11. For the return of funds to the bank card customer must fill out a "Statement of return of funds", which is sent at the request of the Company on the Customer's e-mail address, and along with a copy of the passport to the address: 123298, Moscow, ul. 3rd Khoroshevskaya, 12, "SOYUZ CellPlay" Ltd. Refunds will be made to the customer's bank account specified in the application, within 10 (ten) working days from the receipt of a "Statement of return of funds" by the Company.

For the return of funds credited to the Company's account in error, through payment systems, customer must make a written statement and a copy of the passport and traveler's checks / receipts erroneous admission. This statement must be sent to the address: 123298, Moscow, ul. 3rd Khoroshevskaya, 12, OOO "SOYUZ Mobile Entertainment." After receiving a written request with a copy of the passport and  checks / receipts, the Company shall refund within 10 (ten) business days of receipt of his Application to the account of the Buyer, mentioned in a statement. In this case, the refund amount will be equal to the value of the Order.

Term of Review of the application and refund to the customer begins to run from the date of receipt of the statements and calculated in business days, excluding holidays / weekends. If the application is received after 18.00 of Companies working day or a holiday / weekend, the moment of receipt of the Application will be the next working day.

The requirement to return the goods, the Buyer shall provide to the Seller in writing, to Moscow, st. 3rd Khoroshevskaya, 12, or electronically to the e-mail address ypavlov.soyuz@gmail.com. The requirement can be made in a free form with the obligatory indication of the Buyer contact information, coinciding with the goods specified in the order, the names of the returned goods and the reason for the return. The buyer has the right to ask all his questions to the Seller by phone +7 (499) 579 7750.

 

8. Copyrights

 

8.1. All textual information and graphics contained on the website http://soyuz.shop, are the property of the Seller and / or its suppliers and manufacturers.

 

9. The rights, duties and responsibilities

9.1. Seller is not responsible for the misuse of the goods the buyer ordered on the website or through the Operator.

9.2. Seller has the right to transfer its rights and obligations under the execution of the order to third parties.

9.3. Seller has the right to exercise the recording of telephone conversations with the buyer. In accordance with paragraph 4 of Art. 16 of the Federal Law "On Information, Information Technologies and Protection of Information" Seller agrees to: prevent unauthorized access to information and / or transfer it to persons who have no direct relation to the execution of orders, timely detect and suppress such facts. Telephone conversations are recorded in order to monitor the activities of the Operator and Quality Control Orders are fulfilled.

9.4. Ownership of the Order, as well as the risk of accidental loss or damage will pass to the Buyer at the time of transfer of funds to delivery staff.

9.5. All claims for improper execution of order, the Buyer is entitled to send to the email address listed on the website http://soyuz.shop. All information received is processed as quickly as possible.
